Our Story

Hunar Silk Road Academy was founded in 2010 with a vision to create an educational institution that bridges Eastern and Western educational philosophies while honoring the rich cultural heritage of the Silk Road region.

Located in the heart of Central Asia, our academy serves as a modern crossroads of cultures, much like the historic Silk Road that connected civilizations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. We believe that this unique geographical and cultural position provides our students with a distinctive perspective on global education.

Our name "Hunar" means "skill" or "talent" in several languages along the Silk Road, reflecting our commitment to developing the diverse talents and abilities of each student. We combine rigorous academic standards with a nurturing environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness.

Our History

2010

Hunar Silk Road Academy was founded by a group of educators and community leaders with a vision for innovative education in Central Asia.

2012

The academy expanded its campus facilities to include state-of-the-art science laboratories and a comprehensive library.

2015

Launched our international exchange program with partner schools in China, Turkey, and Italy, following the historic Silk Road route.

2018

Celebrated our first graduating class, with 100% of graduates continuing to higher education at prestigious universities worldwide.

2020

Introduced innovative STEAM curriculum integrating science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics with cultural studies.

2023

Opened our new Arts and Cultural Center, dedicated to preserving and celebrating the diverse cultural heritage of the Silk Road.

2025

Today, Hunar Silk Road Academy continues to grow and evolve, while maintaining our commitment to educational excellence and cultural understanding.
